To query on participants of an event:

  1. Create a Participant query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Events, Event Name equals [name of event].
  3. On the Output and Sort tabs, select appropriate fields.
  4. Select the Results tab to view records meeting criteria.

To query on the constituents who did (or did not) attend the event:

  1. Create a constituent query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select:
    Event Participations > Events > Event Name equals [the name of the event]
    AND Event Participations >.Participant Has Attended equals Yes (or No)

To query on participants (including both constituents and nonconstituents) who attended (or did not attend) the event:

  1. Create a participant query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select:
    Events, Event Name equals [name of event]
    AND Participant Information, Participant Has Attended equals Yes
