1. In the Mail parameters, select the Org. Address tab
    2. Mark Mail to Contacts
    3. Click the Contact button
    4. Mark the Print one for each contact found checkbox to send to multiple contacts or unmark it to send to one contact
    5. If you want to send to specific contact types only, mark the Include Selected Contact Types Only checkbox and select the appropriate contact types
    6. Click OK
    7. Enter the rest of the parameters, as appropriate
    8. Click Export... or Merge... to process the letters
    Note: If you want to include the organization name in the address, make sure the Print organization name with address box is marked on the contact's relationship record
