If the transaction is Not Yet Posted:
  1. Post the transaction
  2. Re attempt the step that caused the error
OR

Verify that another user does not currently have the transaction open on their machine. If so, have the user close out of the transaction. Then log out of The Financial Edge and log back in and continue the reconciliation again.

OR
  1. Open the Blackbaud Management Console.
  2. Detach the database.
  3. Re-attach the database.
If the issue persists, repair the affected workstation.
