When selecting a download, I received the following error: "Our records indicate that [Organization Name] does not have this product. For more information, contact your account manager at firstname.lastname@example.org."
If you are associated with multiple organizations, it's likely that the organization currently listed as the default in your Blackbaud.com profile doesn't have access to the resource you're trying to access. Change your default organizaton.
If you recently accepted the invitation from an Organization for Blackbaud.com, the downloads will not be available for approximately 24 hours while the website refreshes to the new profile. Please check back again the next day.
