On the Manage Roles page of my blackbaud, users can request that various roles be added to their record. Site administrators can manage roles for all users at their organization, while users who are not site administrators can view and request roles only for their own record.

Your record does not have the Site Administrator role. Only Site Administrators can view and manage other users' roles. Request the Site Administrator role to be added to your record.
