Request a password reset link through the website
 
Requirements: The username is linked to an email address.
This will also confirm the username, after clicking the reset link in the email address.  
  1. On any User Login part or Form Display part on the website, select the link for Forgotten Password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Submit

If the password reset link is missing, it can be enable for future user:
  1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity website: yourdomain/login.aspx
  2. Edit the User Login part
  3. Under Captions and properties, mark Enabled for Forgotten Password/Username
    • If you would like to be notified of users who requested this information and did not receive it due to incorrect email addresses:
      1. Click the Forgotten Password/Username Email button
      2. Click More Options
      3. Mark the box for Failures and enter an email address
      4. Click Save
  4. Click Save

Change User ID/Password Part or Profile Form Part
Requirements: User must be linked to The Raiser's Edge and know current username and password
  1. Log in to the NetCommunity website
  2. Navigate to a page that has the Changing User ID/Password part or Profile Form part on it
  3. Update desired info:
    • To change the username:
      1. Enter a new username
      2. Click Update
      3. Confirm current password
      4. Click Update
    • To change password:
      1. Enter a new password
      2. Confirm the New Password
      3. Click Update
      4. Confirm your current password
      5. Click Update
