• This often happens if the site tracking, for example Google Analytics, is not configured properly. It could be that there is an errant space or extra character within the site tracking. Reconfigure the Google Analytics code. Do not paste the Google Analytics code into any Microsoft product. If the code is pasted and then copied from any application, other than a plain text editor, it can cause the code to break once being entered into NetCommunity.


  • If the NetCommunity site does have Site Tracking enable and this is happening for a Donation Form:
    1. Edit the donation form part
    2. Click the eReceipt button
    3. If eReceipts are enabled, temporarily disable them
    4. Click Save
    5. Click Save again
    6. Submit a test donation to confirm if the form works without eReceipts.

Donation Form Hangs after clicking submit, and shows confirmation screen after a minute or longer
