When an event participant attempts to log into their Participant HQ, they have the option to click a link if they have forgotten their password. There are three retrieval options. The third option is to contact the organization for help resetting your password. This solution outlines how to change the email that will receive notifications from this contact form.
1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon 2. Hover over the event name and click Website Info 3. Click Event Information 4. Scroll down to Event Contact Email 5. This is the email that receives contact requests 6. If you need to change the email, make any changes needed 7. Click Save 8. Go back to the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
