Unable to add/edit code table entries

Users may be assigned to the Code Table Entry role, but find that they are unable to add new code table entries or edit existing code table entries.
If you have the Code Table system role only and are not a System Role Administrator, follow these steps: 
  1. After you added the new code table, go to Administration > Code Tables.
  2. Click on the name of the new code table.
  3. On the top left under Tasks, click Assign Permissions.
  4. Option 1: To grant everyone access to all code tables, click "Grant all" 
  5. Option 2: If you do not want to grant everyone access to all code tables, scroll through the list and locate the proper system role you would like to grant access to this particular code table.
  6. Click on the drop down in the Add, Edit, and Delete columns.
  7. Click "Granted"
  8. Click "Save"
  9. The user should now have access to add, edit, and delete code table entries for this code table.
    • ​Note: If the user still cannot see add, please have them log out and log back in to Altru for the changes to take affect.

If you are a System Role Administrator within the organization, grant these permissions by following these steps:
  1. Go to Administration > Security > System Roles
  2. Click on the Code Tables system role
  3. Go to the Code Tables Tab and click on "Assign code table permissions"
  4. Option 1: To grant access to all code tables, click "Grant all" 
  5. Option 2: If you do not want to grant access to all code tables, scroll through the list and locate the new code table
  6. Click on the drop down in the Add, Edit, and Delete columns.
  7. Click "Granted"
  8. Click "Save"
  9. The user should now have access to add, edit, and delete code table entries for this code table. 
    • ​Note: If the user still cannot see add, please have them log out and log back in to Altru for the changes to take affect.
