Only constituents who have the Staff or Committee constituency code can be added as the coordinator of an event. Individual, Organization, and Group records can all be listed as a Coordinator pending they have the Staff or Committee Constituency on their records. 

To add a new Constituency Code to a Constituent record: 
  1. Search and Select the Record you will be updating 
    1. For Individual Records:
      1.  Navigate to the to the Personal Info Tab and click the Constituencies sub-tab 
      2. Click Add and select the type of Constituency you would like to add:

    2. For Group Records:
      1. Navigate to the Details Tab and Click the Constituencies sub-tab
      2. Click Add and select the type of Constituency you would like to add

    3. For Organization Records:
      1. Navigate to the Organization Info Tab and Click the Constituencies sub-tab
      2. Click Add and select the type of Constituency you would like to add

  2. Add any dates if applicable. 
  3. Click Save
