To find records last changed by a user:
  1. If needed, go to Admin > Security and note user's RE user name. These are listed under Users.
  2. Create a new query.
  3. Select the appropriate Query Type (Constituent, Gift, etc.)
  4. On the Criteria tab, expand the category of the record type you are searching on (Constituent Information, Gift Information, etc.)
  5. Double click on Last Changed By.
  6. Set operator to equals.
  7. Enter the RE user name noted in step 1.
  8. Click OK.
  9. On the Output tab, add fields to review records. (Tip: Start with fields in the "information" group of fields such as Constituent Information, Gift Information, etc.)
  10. Select the Results tab to view the results
Note: Date Last Changed and Last Change By [user] are only updated when certain information on the record is saved. Please see How to view the Date Last Changed and Last Changed By information for a record for the full list of the fields. 


To find records last changed in a date range:

  9. Select the Results tab to view the results

To find added in a date range:
  1. Create a new query.
  2. Select the appropriate Query Type (Constituent, Gift, etc.)
  3. On the Criteria tab, expand the category of the record type you are searching on (Constituent Information, Gift Information, etc.)
  4. Double click on Date Added.
  5. Set operator to between
  6. Enter the desired date range.
  7. Click OK.
  8. On the Output tab, add fields to review records. (Tip: Start with fields in the "information" group of fields such as Constituent Information, Gift Information, etc.)
  9. Select the Results tab to view the results
