If you are switching filters or date range the Run Report button must be clicked again to show report transactions.

Also, the Payment Detail report will only report on transactions greater than $0 excluding reversals. 
  • For example: A person registers for an event and chooses a free registration without additional fees or additional donations. Their entire transaction is $0. They will show in the participant or registration reports but not on the Payment Details report as there are no Blackbaud or credit card fees to be deducted.
