Option 1: Update your Password from within Altru:
  1. Select drop down next to Welcome, Username
  2. Select Change Password
    • Enter your old password
    • Enter the new password
    • Confirm the new password
    • Save
Option 2: Update Password through Forgot Password Link:
  1. From the login page, Select 'Forgot your Username or Password'
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Altru username
  3. Follow prompts in email to update password
Note: If the account is locked out from entering the incorrect password, you may not receive an email to reset the password. If the email does not match the email associated with your Altru account, you will not receive a reset password email. 
  1. If you do not receive an email, request that a System Role Administrator reset your password or unlock your account.
Option 3: You can also request that a user at your organization with the System Role Administrator permission, reset your password or unlock your account.
  1. From Administration, Select Organizational Units
  2. Select the arrows to the left of the username, Select Edit
  3. Unmark Account is locked out, Save
  4. Select the arrows to the left of the username, Select Reset Password
    • Enter the new password
    • Confirm the new password
  5. Save
