Error: Error ORA-6502 occurred in end of month non-financial maintenance while updating age ranges. - during End of Month Processing

The End Of Month (EOM) processing error "Error ORA-6502 occurred in end of month non-financial maintenance while updating age ranges" is returned when Team Approach tries to convert an invalid date to 'DD-MON-YYYY' format.  Or "Error ORA-1839 occurred in end of month non-financial maintenance while updating age ranges."

Here is an example of the error from a queue log:
 
      Account activities updated through Account ID 50014670 (12/17/18 04:13:25).
      Finished account activities updates (12/17/18 04:13:26).
      Updated activity type data and system date settings.
      Finished End of Month Financial Update with no errors.  Month is closed.
      Fiscal Date is now 6/2019 (calendar month 12/18).
      Starting End-of-Month non-financial maintenance at 12/17/18 04:13:29.
      167148 guide interactions deleted.
      Error ORA-6502 occurred in end of month non-financial maintenance while updating age ranges.
      Finished end of month non-financial maintenance to encryption key update.
      Finished end of month non-financial maintenance with errors.
    Completed procedure:  SYEOMPRC - End of Month Processing on 12/17/2018 at 04:27:26

 

Please submit a case with a request to run the "find_bad_age" SQL function against your database.  This will identify the account(s) that failed during the update in End Of Month processing.

*  Remember to mention to the client to not run the EOM job again after correcting the birthdates.  The goal is to make sure the errors are cleared for the next time EOM runs (probably a month from when the problem happened).
