- Log into The Raiser's Edge as a user with supervisor rights or the Supervisor user name.
- Ensure the email used is for a listed site administrator at Blackbaud.com.
- If you have Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity installed in Blackbaud Hosting, log into the full Raiser's Edge and not the RE-BBNC plug-in.
