In The Raiser's Edge Mobile App:
  1. Open the app.
  2. Click Add Account.
  3. Enter the System Key and the Windows Authentication login name** as it appears at Admin > Security > (RE user name record).
  4. Click Add Account
  5. After adding the account, selected the account added in steps 1 - 3.
  6. Enter the password associated with the Windows Authentication user name:
  • If in Blackbaud Hosting, it'll be the hosting user name password set up when adding a Blackbaud Hosting Services user
  • If locally (self) hosted, it'll be the password associated with the network user name (usually the Windows/workstation password)

In the Mobile Event Management App:
  1. Enter the System Key and the Windows Authentication login name** as it appears at Admin > Security > (RE user name record).
  2. Enter the password associated with the Windows Authentication user name:
  • If in Blackbaud Hosting, it'll be the hosting user name password set up when adding a Blackbaud Hosting Services user
  • If locally (self) hosted, it'll be the password associated with the network user name (usually the Windows/workstation password)


**Notes about the login name:
  • This is not the Raiser's Edge User name (shown in the upper left of screenshot below).
  • This is the value of the Login field under Windows Authentication (shown in the lower right of screenshot below).
  • Enter the whole name entered in Login under Windows Authentication as the User Name in the app, including any preceding domains:
    • For Blackbaud Hosting Services users, format the network login using the Citrix username, as follows: BLACKBAUDHOST\username where user name is name set up in Hosting User Administration
    • For locally (self) hosted, use the name as entered in the Login field.
