1. Verify that the URL is http://bbms.blackbaud.com
  2. Verify user name
  3. Check whether or not the BBMS password has been recently reset.
If the password was recently reset, verify new credentials with the user who reset the password 

If the password was not recently reset:
1.  Type the password into Notepad
2.  Copy and Paste the password into the BBMS Web Portal
3.  Select Login

Verify that the account has not been locked due to several failed attempts:
1.  Click  the link to "Reset password or unlock your account" on the main login screen under the error: Incorrect user name or password.
2.  Click "Unlock account" after the link redirects to Blackbaud.com
3.  Attempt to type in the user name and password again and login
