Once you click yes, you will then need to click on Workstation Interface to add the ActiveX control to the workstation. This will load the utility on this computer system.
    • Note: If you do not get these prompts, ensure you do not have a pop-up blocker that is blocking this.  In Internet Explorer, you may see a blue circle with a line through it in the address bar.  Click on this to turn off the pop-up blocker temporarily.  Then you should get the prompt pop ups.

      • Important Note: Even if Altru says Machine name is confirmed, the machine name has to be less than 15 characters. If it is more than 15 characters, click Change Settings and change the computer name prior to entering into Altru
  4. On the Printers tab, click Add and select each printer (Receipt printer & Ticket printer)
    • Important Note: When adding a printer to a workstation, ensure that the printer does not share the name of a printer on another Altru workstation. Each printer should have a unique name for optimal performance (for example: Receipt Printer Workstation 1, Receipt Printer Workstation 2).
