The Raiser's Edge hangs when exporting to Access The Raiser's Edge freezes when exporting to Access
Users working in a UK database report performance issues when exporting Event type data from Raiser's Edge to Access. This issue can occur when a numeric value is missing from the field criteria. We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Alternate workaround 1. Export to a different file format such as a Comma-Seperated Values type OR 1. Navigate to the affected Export and open 2. Navigate to the Output tab 3. Open every field where you can modify the Criteria (Criteria button) 4. On any field with a criteria requesting "For each Constituent, enter the number of XXX to export" ensure there is a numeric value input 5. Click OK and Export.
