In some email clients, your NetCommunity, Internet Solutions, Online Express, Altru, or eTapestry emails may appear with an additional line after the sending domain, which reads: "Via [NetCommunity domain]" or "Via [siteid].bbnc.bbcust.com".  This can be resolved by adding a DKIM Signature to your email.

To implement this: Click Chat with Support and reference this article. Please be prepared to share the following information with Support:

  • Domain name for the email to be signed as "from" i.e. @blackbaud.com
  • Site ID

Once the above information is received, DKIM will be enabled for your organization.  A file with an extension of .pub will be sent to you.  This file needs to be published through your DNS Provider (GoDaddy, NetworkSolutions, Active Domain, etc.).  Blackbaud cannot assist with publishing the DKIM signature file with your DNS Provider.  If you need assistance, please work directly with your DNS Provider to publish the file.

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate through the entire internet.
