A "1 User authentication failed" error code indicates incorrect login credentials for the PayFlowPro(Verisign) payment gateway. The proper login credentials would need to be provided to Luminate Support. Alternatively, if your Payflowpro account has any IP addresses whitelisted, Luminate's IP will also need to be added.
