To resolve this issue in a Report:
  1. Make sure the note field is not the last field (right-most) in the report. If another field is after the Note field, it may contain the Note field and force the test to wrap.
  2. Remove any large URL from the note field of the journal entry causing the issue.
  3. Run the report to Excel instead of a PDF.  You can export the file to a PDF format from within Excel that can help with the formatting.
To Resolve this issue in a Communication Template: 
  1.   Find and Remove the large URL from the communication template.
  2.   Re-run the Preview, check to make sure the PDF comes out
