When an email staff notification is sent out, the first line of the email states, "The Common form [Form Name] has received a response!". This wording is the same regardless of the type of form that has been submitted (Online Admission, Online Reenrollment, or Common).
This problem is cosmetic only in nature and does not affect the function of the staff email notification.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed in the current version of The Education Edge/Blackbaud NetCommunity system.
