I'm locked out of Altru

If a user attempts to log in using an incorrect password five times within a certain period of time, the account is locked.  
If a user enters their password incorrectly 5 times, Blackbaud ID will automatically lock their account. Each user is responsible for resetting their own password through email using the below steps:
  1. From the login screen, click Forgot Password
  2. You will receive an email from Blackbaud.com. Follow the links in this email to reset the password.
