Print icon missing from reports in Internet Explorer

 When working in Altru using Internet Explorer, the printer icon may be missing from your reports.
Please perform each of the below steps until issue is resolved.

Step 1: Confirm you can print successfully outside of Altru
  1. Open Word or any other program and test printing
  2. If you do not see your printer, work with your local IT to add a printer to your workstation

Step 2: Confirm you are working within Internet Explorer
  1. From the browser, at top right you should see a Gear Icon
  2. If you see three dots or three bars, you may be working in Edge, Chrome or Firefox
  3. Log into Altru using Internet Explorer to print successfully

Step 3: Configure Compatibility View Settings in Altru
  1. Open Internet Explorer and log into the application.
  2. In the upper right corner, click Tools or the gear icon.
  3. Click Compatibility View Settings
  4. You should now see in the Add this website field. Click the Add button
  5. Click close.
  6. The page should reload and the printer icon should now be there.
