1. Go to Core > Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Click Manage basic and advanced lists
  3. Select List Templates > Admission (from drop down box) > Candidate/Student Contracts > View/Copy
  4. On the Select Objects tab, add School Decision and Reason Declined from under the Admission category
  5. On the Display Fields tab, Select Fields for Reason Declined 
  6. On the Filters tab, Set a Filter for Reason Declined.Reason Declined any of Selected different school. 
  7. The selection would not show the names of the chosen schools, however, if the list is exported into an Excel file the information could be manually added.​
