There are two places to check if it is found that schedule sets overlap

Note: If attendance has been recorded against courses for the particular day prior to the schedule set time changes, the schedule set will not reflect the changes that are made. The Blackbaud Data team can back out the attendance records to enable the schedule set to be corrected for the day and then the teachers can retake attendance.

Step I
  1. Navigate to onRecord > Settings > Scheduling Setup
  2. View the schedule sets for each Grade Level to make sure that the end times do not conflict with the begin time
  3. Select the Edit pencil icon next to the Schedule Set
  4. Go to the Meeting Times tab and make sure your start and end times do not overlap
  5. It is recommended to give 5-15 minutes between class end times and class start times
