Note: If the Registration is Public, and the users are not logged in they will not display on this list. Instead, please refer to List of registrant's names with the items they purchased for a guideline on building a list for these users.
  1. Go to Lists > Manage Lists
  2. Select Manage Basic and Advanced Lists
  3. Click Add
  4. Select Create Advanced List
  5. Under Select Objects, select the following objects:
    1. Constituent Information > User Base
    2. Constituent Information > User Phone
    3. Registration > Registrant
    4. Registration > Registration
    5. Registration > Registration Event
  6. Select the Display Fields tab
  7. Click Select Fields
  8. Expand the following areas:
    1. User Base
    2. User Phone
    3. Registrant 
    4. Registration
  9. Mark the following fields:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
    4. Phone Number
    5. Registration Id
    6. Short Description
  10. Click Select
  11. Select the Filters tab
  12. Add the following Global filter:
    1. Registrant.Registration ID is Equal to [ID of registration]
  13. Name the List and select a Category (if needed)
  14. Click Save
  15. Click Preview

You can obtain the Registration ID by:
  1. Go to onMessage > Approval > Event Registration
  2. Click Edit next to the Registration
  3. In General Info there is a Registration Link, The last 4 digits are the Registration ID
