Incorrect Query Results- Querying on 'Class of' for years greater than 2029

The Raiser’s Edge does not correlate the two-digit (‘YY) years after 2029 as mathematically equivalent to their four digit counterpart (YYYY).  This causes incorrect Query results.
This issue was corrected in RE 7.95 Patch 3
