How do I allow participants other than the team captains to register for a team from a previous event?

Participants from a previous TeamRaiser want to have the same team as last year, but the captain has not yet brought it back. How do we allow them to register for the previous team?
You can allow any member of the returning team or anyone in general to bring back teams from previous events.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Enter the name of the event
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Edit under the Actions column
  5. Select Identify TeamRaiser on the left hand navigation pane
  6. Under Previous Event Association, ensure the previous event is selected
  7. Select Select Event Options on the left hand navigation pane
  8. Select Edit Advanced Options under Related Actions on the left hand navigation pane
  9. Select Define Returning Teams OptionsThis is the current page. This is an additional configuration option under the current step. on the left hand navigation pane
  10. Mark the checkbox under Returning Teams Allowed: Yes, enable teams to return from the previous TeamRaiser event
  11. Under Forming a Returning Team, mark the appropriate radio button:
    1. Only the Team Captain or Co-captain from the previous TeamRaiser event
    2. Any member of the returning team from the previous TeamRaiser event
    3. Anyone
  12. Click Save at the bottom of the page
By default, if returning teams are allowed, only the team captain has access to reform the team.
