To give a persona access to the People Finder system post:
  1. Go to Core > Communication > Resource Boards.
  2. On the right select the appropriate persona from View Boards.
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the Group Finder system post.
  4. Select the persona(s) who need access to the Group Finder.
  5. Click Save.
Members of the selected persona(s) can access the Group Finder by following these steps:
  1. Go to the persona that has access to the Group Finder (example: Parent persona).

  1. Locate the Group Finder post
  2. Click the View All link.
  3. Note: They can use the school year drop down and search box to search for groups they are already members of. But for groups they need to join, they must click View All.
  4. On the right, under Community, select Click Here to Join Groups.
