Error: Data could not be saved. A mapping does not exist for Office Fixed Assets- when selling stock and committing a batch

When selling stock in batch, you may receive the following error when you try to commit your batch: 

Data could not be saved. 
In account system "System Generated Account System", a mapping does not exist for Office: Fixed Assets-Payments, Payment method type: Sold Stock, Subtype not specified
If you are using the General Ledger portion of Altru, this is an unmapped transaction error. To resolve, follow these steps: 
  1. Go to Financials > General Ledger Set Up 
  2. Click on Define Transaction Mappings
  3. Click on the Fixed Assets Office
  4. Go to the Payments Tab 
  5. Click add to add a new transaction mapping for Sold Stock with the appropriate sub-types. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Revenue > Batch Entry 
  2. Click Add to add a new batch. 
  3. Select the Enhanced Revenue Batch template
  4. Enter a donation with the payment method of stock. In addition, add the applicable information to sell the stock (in the Batch, you may need to click Customize fields to add the stock sale fields such as "Sale amount," "Sale date," "Sale fees," "Sale GL post date," "Sale GL post status," "Sale high price," "Sale low price," "Sale median price," and "Stock sale number of units")
  5. When you commit the batch, receive the error: Data could not be saved. 
    In account system "System Generated Account System", a mapping does not exist for Office: Fixed Assets-Payments, Payment method type: Sold Stock, Subtype not specified
