A transaction appears on the Failed transactions tab with error: Could not download transaction with ID "8168". The error was: Arithmetic overflow error for type int, value = 2147483648.000000. Users can retry the download but the transaction returns as a failed transaction.
In each of the reports we've seen, the transactions where manually added using data from Failed Transactions tab. We have been unable to duplicate the original problem, thus not able to debug or provide a code fix at this time.

Steps to duplicate:
Login to CRM
Go to Web> Manage Web transactions
Select the Failed transactions tab
View failed transaction with error
Retry Download and the transaction returns as a failed transaction.
