1. From Tickets, click Sales Methods.
  2. Click Daily Sales or Advance Sales
    • Note: Choose the Sales Method you were working in when you received the error message. If you are receiving the error in both Daily and Advance Sales, you will need to follow the steps for each Sales Method as these receipts are unique for each method.
  3. On the Itemized Receipt Options tab, Click Email receipt.
    • Note: This tab is not available for Online Sales. If you are receiving this message for an online sales order, you will perform these steps for both Daily and Advanced sales.
  4. Click Email Template
  5. Fill in the Subject, From address, From name.
  6. Click Save
