In order to add new revenue categories users need the Accounting Manager role in Altru before following the steps below.
  • Note: If you do not see the revenue category toolbox, please contact your Altru database manager to provide you access. For more information about system roles please refer here.

To add new Revenue category:
  1. Navigate to Revenue > Revenue Categories
  2. Click Add
  3. Enter the name of the category and click Save

To edit or mark Revenue Category as Inactive:
  1. Navigate to Revenue > Revenue Categories
  2. Click drop down next to revenue category to select Edit or Mark inactive
