To make the Ethnicity field required on an application form:
  1. Go to Enrollment Management > Admissions > Admissions Setup
  2. Select the Application Forms tab.
  3. Click the Form button to edit the application.
  4. Select the Applicant section. 
  5. For the Ethnicity field, change the Form Visibility from Hide to Show.
  6. Change the Required option from No to Yes.User-added image
Note: If the form is already in use, you will need to copy the form and make the changes to the copy.
Tip: When the applicant populates the Ethnicity portion of the application, the ethnicity information will populate in the candidate's record when the application is processed.
