Email notifications are username-specific within the BBMS Portal. To set up email notifications in BBMS:
  1. Log into the BBMS web portal
  2. Hover over Welcome, XXXX in the top right
  3. Click Email Notifications
  4. For each notification type, click the ellipsis and select Edit
  5. Select a Frequency and enter the email address(es) that will receive the notification
  6. Click Save
Tip: The option for email notifications regarding credit card updater will only be available when that service has been enabled, and only on the primary account for the organization.

Any new BBMS accounts as of February 24, 2019 will have the following types of emails automatically subscribed upon setup under the primary username on the account with the email used to provision. These can be edited at any time using the steps above:
  • Suspect transactions (daily summary)
  • Large suspect transactions
  • Chargebacks
  • Disbursement Reports
  • Account management
